Server Rules & Guidelines
Welcome to Xylem's Semi-RP. These rules govern gameplay on our Unturned Server, Discord Server, and Tebex policies. Ignorance is not an excuse and any and all actions taken on your account are your responsability; please read carefully.
General Gameplay Rules
Microphone & Text Spam
Spam is the act of repeatedly messaging, being annoying, playing music through your mic, or talking incessantly at length. Keep communications clear and concise.
Harassment & Discrimination
Any negative interaction, such as bullying, against any person's race, culture, sex, gender, etc., is strictly prohibited.
Toxicity
While some banter is allowed, excessive toxicity is not. If asked or told to stop, you must stop immediately.
Cheating & Exploiting
Any attempt to abuse a bug or cheat will not be taken lightly. If you find a bug, report it immediately rather than using it.
Rule Baiting
Do not attempt to incite players in an attempt to break the rules or lash out. This includes riling players up to make them commit actions out of anger.
Loopholing
Attempting to get around a rule by technicalities or other means is forbidden. Use common sense.
IRL Trading
In-Real-Life Trading (selling or buying an item/object/rank for real money) is strictly prohibited.
Scamming
Intentionally deceiving a player for an outrageous or advantageous deal is not allowed.
Insiding
Joining a team with the intent to betray or steal from team members is forbidden.
Group Limits (PVP)
You may only PVP with a group of FIVE players. When not actively PVPing, there is no overall team limit.
TP-Killing
Teleport killing is not allowed. Note: This does NOT apply to /warps, player spawns, or /wilds.
Advertising
Advertising other products or servers is not allowed. Exception: Advertising in-game shops (gun shop, vehicle shop, etc.) is permitted.
False Information
Spreading false information regarding serious topics such as Wipes, Bans, or Staff is prohibited.
Impersonation
Impersonating staff or other players is not allowed.
Event Griefing
Do not attempt to grief any events hosted by staff or players.
NSFW Content
NSFW content is not allowed on this server.
Common Sense
Use common sense. If something feels wrong, it probably is.
Base Wipes
All objects placed outside of Safezones can be wiped at ANY time.
POI Blocking
Blocking off a Point of Interest (POI) is not allowed.
Staff Decisions
All staff decisions should be respected. If you have a dispute, make a ticket within our Discord.
Safezone Rules
Base Limits
All bases must adhere to the limits on the ruleboard in /warp safezone. If you do not follow these limits, a warning sign will be posted.
Activity Requirement
All bases must be updated every 3 days. If it is 3 days out of date, it will be wiped on the 4th day.
Entity Limits
If a base has too many entities (crops, barricades, structures), these entities may be removed at will.
Noise Pollution
All sounds made by RADIOs, Helicopters, Planes, Vehicles, Guns, or other sound-producing items must be kept at a minimum. Spamming these may result in removal.
Safezone Perimeter
Items placed outside and around the safezone will be removed. Minor decorations around a base you own are an exception.
Base Extensions
You may not add an extension to your base. Only administrators are allowed to authorize an extension. Extensions are defined as any freebuild structure not within the interior of the owned building.
Group Base Limits
If you are in a group, you may only own one base. The lowest base will be warned & removed if you own more than one. Players frequently interacting (loot sharing, money sharing, truces) count as a team.
Safezone Griefing
Destroying or placing objects over a safezone is not allowed.
Warning Duration
All warning signs persist for a total of 3 days. Multiple warnings within a few days may result in a wipe.
Cleaning Fee
If a base has leftover objects or items, they may be subject to a Cleaning Fee ranging from $20K up to a maximum of $250K, scaling based on entity count.
Parking Slots
All bases are allotted two parking slots. Dealerships may have 4 (must actively sell/modify cars, status granted by admins only).
Farm Protection
Seeds placed outside a base or safezone will not be protected and may be removed at any time.
Arena Rules
The Arena is a designated PVP zone with specific regulations to ensure fair play.
Loot Stealing
Do not steal loot dropped by other players.
Random Killing
Do not randomly kill players. You are only allowed to kill in SELF DEFENSE or if BOTH parties consent to a duel.
Interference
Do not attempt to interfere in a PVP engagement that you are not a part of.
Grenades
Do not use grenades in the arena. This includes flashbangs, bounce grenades, and frag grenades.
Discord Rules
Discord TOS
Follow the Discord Terms of Service at all times.
Trolling
Do not make troll posts within Suggestions or Tickets. Access to these channels may be removed.
Ping Spam
Do not Ping Spam or Ghost Ping (pinging then deleting) players or staff.
Channel Usage
Use the corresponding channel for discussions. (Ex: player shop for shop related selling/buying).
Nuisance
Do not be a nuisance to the players or staff.
Incitement
Do not attempt to incite players in an attempt to break the rules or lash out.
Privacy & Opinion
Respect the opinion & privacy of others.
Tebex / Store Rules
Package Changes
Any packages listed within our store are subject to change at any time, including the removal or addition of any command, kit, money, or item.
Rank Money
Rank Package Money is only given once, on purchase. If you buy a rank upgrade, you will receive the remainder of the amount totalled for the rank. (Ex: You get 50k / 100k for a rank. If you upgrade from 50k, you will get 50k to total 100k).
Delivery Time
Rank Packages may take anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. If it lasts beyond this period, please make a ticket.
Custom Packages
For any Custom Packages, please make a ticket on our Discord. These may take longer due to scheduling & queue.
No Refunds
No refunds. Any attempt to chargeback after the usage of a service will result in a permanent ban.
Fraud
Any acts of fraud will result in a permanent ban.
